It covers investor targeting, a pipeline modelled on how venture rounds actually progress, a diligence data room, investor updates, cap table planning, and long-term investor relationship memory. It runs in two modes: founder mode for a single company running its own raise, and advisor mode for firms managing many client mandates.
VCTerminal is software. It is not a broker-dealer, does not provide investment advice, does not take a success fee on a customer's round, and does not introduce companies to investors.
