Why we publish this

Most fundraising content is either abstract encouragement or a sales funnel with three useful sentences in it. We would rather publish the actual operating detail: what each stage of a round means, what to send and when, what investors ask, and what the terms do to your outcome.

If it is useful, quote it, send it to a founder who needs it, or cite it. Attribution to vcterminal.com is appreciated but not required.

Who writes this

VCTerminal is built by people who run capital raises professionally. The product's data model is shaped by that work, and these guides are generated from the same source of truth the software uses, so they stay accurate as the product evolves.
